Enterprise Electronic Queue Management System — a unified platform with five integrated surfaces: touchscreen registration kiosks, digital signage with voice alerts, clerk workstation dashboards, a web pre-booking portal and a multi-tenant admin panel. Used by 15+ organizations and government service centers (CNAPs), including large corporations and public institutions.

• ▹Sole frontend developer: built and maintained the entire Angular UI across all five platform surfaces, on top of the company's product and backend.
• ▹Delivered individual .NET features end to end — ASP.NET API endpoints, database layer and Angular implementation.
• ▹Implemented field-level and navigation-level RBAC with permission-based rendering.
• ▹Optimised large dynamic tables — virtual scrolling, change-detection tuning, minimal DOM updates.

Earlier tenure on the same Electronic Queue Management System: maintained the Angular frontend across its surfaces, built hardware and third-party API integration proxies, and a native session-recording tool for clerk workstations.
